Proposed change to certification

So here are the changes and ideas proposed:

1. Replace the medal on the left with the latest badge and score of the participant - by Garima
2. Adding GSSoC's social media icons at the bottom of the certificate, along with a link to the GSSoC website - by Radhika
3. Add a QR code to the certificates (name, rank, score, certificate ID, and the GSSoC website link)
4. Position of QR Code if implemented - by Shreya and Chiluka
5. Add a Date of issue: mon,year - by Tejashri
6. To emphasize the importance of the "CEO Name" and "Managing Director Name," style these elements in black with bold text . - by Aslam
7. Spelling mistakes - Vivek

@sanjay-kv sir, I think Adding a Seal of GSSoC would confirm the certificate's authenticity, ensuring it's official and trusted. This makes the achievement more valuable and respected.

@sanjay-kv i think qr code will take too much space already a lot of space have been used in the certificate instead for verification i think a verfication id should be enough

But for the verification id i think changes need to be made in the website so when we put the verification id it verifies our certificate
