jitpack build error, ors requires Maven version 3.6.3, consider to use maven wrapper

Problem description

ors requires at least Maven version 3.6.3, that is the reason why jitpack is not able to build the openrouteservice correctly!

Proposed solution

please consider to add a maven wrapper to your project to specify the correct version of maven to build ors.
This would also solve the jitpack issue.

mvn wrapper:wrapper

will generate one for you.
