Implement Material3 Design

Material 3 / Material You was introduced by Google during Google I/O 2021. It defines a new design language that focuses more on visibility and and colour asthetics rather than complex designs. It takes on a more simple design approach that follows material design at its core.

Google has documented all of its design principles and implementation on their website. Check it out at https://m3.material.io/ and implement the same.
