Clone not happening properly.

Clone is not proper.
The width of the original thead is not replicated in the cloned one.

Yeah I did notice that. I'm not personally developing in Angular anymore,
I've switch to react. However I'm still attempting to maintain this, and
as such, I accepted a pull request from someone that fixed some other
issues and this bug was introduced. If you'd like to fix it and submit a
pull request, I'd be happy to pull it in.
