The spyglass extension is used by almost every datapack dev as far as I know, and they allow customizing the NBT structure of storage, custom data and more via .mcdoc files.
That's why I think it could be relevant to add an icon for mcdoc folder and .mcdoc files.
Maybe basing it around the spyglass icon from Minecraft, or something related to data structure.
