XMLTV EPG channel equals "frikanalen.tv"

Looking at the XMLTV output:

I don't know what changes need to be made but if we are to have a domain in the channel field then we should probably have either frikanalen or frikanalen.no - but this change probably means we need to alert whoeever polls the data.
