Implementing Sound Blaster support shouldn't be too hard, right? Just look at https://github.com/gameblabla/dosplayground/blob/master/sound/wave/sbdma/sbdma.c
I could copy the Sound Blaster code of djdoom, but I don't want to use assembly.
