Create a list of supported laptops

User Story

As a prospective laptop user I want to see a list of laptops that can run FreeBSD so that I can choose a suitable laptop.

Acceptance Criteria

• We have a list of supported laptops
• It is clear what "supported" means and if there are tiers of support.
• The list is published somewhere
• The list has been shared with the developers working on the Foundation Laptop Project
• Input from a range of users has been considered
• Indicate whether there are gaps in the ability to practically test these models.

There's a potential issue with the license on Intel graphics drivers (i915, Xe) which might affect their long-term viability. We'll likely want to start with AMD.
