also i get osd error .. unable to determine file size with everything now

Can you elaborate a bit more abou the osd filesize issue? Maybe through a video? Also have you tried using the re-streaming feature with another source or channel?

does the channel you are trying to re-stream contain #EXTVLCOPT or headers?

I have the same issue with restreaming but with linux on debian 12, after clicking on start button , the window expands and closes immediately.

I found an issue with http fields not being set properly. Can you check @Sam-Max if the channels you are trying to re-stream contains some lines in the m3u like

#EXTVLCOPT:http-user-agent=iPhone

The issue seems to be about that and not about Windows

Another thing on this new version 1.4.0, on the player when using mouse wheel, it moves back and forward the progress and not the volume level like previous version. Is it something intended?.
