v1.3.1: Linux hotfix, EPG, Downloads & Keyword Search

Same as 1.3.0 but fixed the crash on linux platforms. This update is optional for Windows and Mac as it only changes stuff for Linux.

• Added keyword based search as a toggleable option (Improve search to be keyword based  #101)
• Added EPG (Plans to add EPG / Guide information and catchup on channels #64)
• Added EPG Notifications (Plans to add EPG / Guide information and catchup on channels #64)
• Added downloads for movies/vods (Recording #100)
• Improved flow and fixed various bugs with hotkeys/tv remotes
• Modified Open TV to appear in the tray now to allow epg notifications
• Fixed a bug where categories would not be filled on refresh except favorites (Categories Only Showing Favourites? #106)
• Fixed a bug where categories would not be displayed properly
• Fixed a bug where some series would not work (1.1.0 Issues #86)
• Fixed a bug where filters would not work properly
• Fixed a bug where ignore_ssl was not imported in custom exports
