Hi, as the first release was made before the GitHub action for building the docker images was configured, there was no tagged image for this release. The newest release (1.0.1) now has a tagged image with a tag matching the release. Regarding the compatibility with different DSC versions, the Camel Instance can be used for both v4.x.x and v5.x.x, as it does not create any routes by itself but just executes routes received via its API. The idea here is that the Configuration Manager creates the Camel routes for connecting different backends to the connector and sends these routes to the Camel Instance, which then executes them. Currently, the automatic deployment of Camel routes via the Configuration Manager does not yet work, but for the time being you can create routes manually and deploy them to the Camel instance as described here. |

Hi,
first of all I would like to thank you for providing this camel instance for DSC!
I also appreciate that the images are published on ghcr now.
We would like to use it in our project. To be able to do that I would like to ask for versioned images (tagged).
The best would be if the tags would match a release and you could document with which DS-Connector version the camel has been tested.
We are currently trying the new DSC 5.0.x and are having problems to find the right Camel-Image for it.
Thank you very much!
F.B.
