Control the Light / Connect to the Hub from outside your network

I was wondering a good way to control Hue Lights via remote. Node-red is in a place and the hub is in another.

Describe the solution you'd like
This solution is offered by Philips Smartphone App. Unfortunately they don't provide the ip of your hubfor you to be used (which is understandable)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Obviouly a solution could be esposing the hubs address and port to the internet. This will indeed give security issues to the LAN.
