From what I saw it only launches the settings app but none of the paths work

Same issue here, which is a shame since we link to specific accessibility settings in our app.
Eg. App-prefs:root=ACCESSIBILITY&path=VOICEOVER_TITLE no longer opens the voice over settings in iOS 18
