Watch -> General doesn't work

I'm attempting to create a Shortcut using the URL bridge://root=GENERAL_LINK&path=GIZMO_ORIENTATION (found in blob/master/versions/16.2/en/bridge.md) to open the Watch app and navigate to the "General" -> "Watch Orientation" screen. The watch app opens but it does not navigate to the "General" section. I have seen a variation that also uses &path=WATCH_ORIENTATION but neither of them work except to open the watch app itself.

iOS: 16.6.1
watchOS: 9.6.2
