Describe the new feature you would like to see in Seamly
As discussed here: https://forum.seamly.io/t/how-to-draw-an-arc-through-three-points/9761?u=pneumarian

A tool to place an arc based on three points it must pass through, rather than based on the axis of the radius as is the case with the current tools.
