[Feature request] Global limit for COMPLETE series

Hi,

In Jellyseerr settings, we can check/uncheck the "Allow partial series" case.

When we doesn't allowed partial series. It is possible to change the global limit to X number of complete series.

Because, if I only want complete series but only want my people the possibility to add one série per day, it doesn't allow series with more than a season, and If I give exemple 5 seasons per day, they can put 1 series of 3 seasons and 1 series of 2 seasons, but they are not allowed to add a series of 20 seasons.

Desired Behavior

So if you can make it change automatically when we check the box or maybe if there's is another check box when we doesn't allow partial series.
