I think we should before clarify and agree about where EMS ends and where Airscore starts, and vice versa.
I suspect users, pilots and competition management will be part of EMS, that will just use JSON results file created from Airscore.
I agree that would be an interesting feature for a standalone application, in the national leagues version for example.

In general I think the scoring program should offer the option to create and publish the official results. Whether or not EMS does the same, is not that important. There will be many cases where comps do not use EMS (use AirTribune instead, do not use any management system at all), or only use EMS after the competition is over, to enter the results into the WPRS.
