Notes on a proposed design update for the header.

Blue gutter (side panel) wraps around the top to also sit behind the app title.
"ESRI" becomes "Esri" and header text is white.
active mode has a black tab background
inactive mode icons are white with no black tab background
default release list mode now has a tab ("list-button" icon)
