Important

To ensure the data's authenticity, we must enable the ecosystem users to make attestations using their own wallets.
When user make the attestation, the recipient should be Enaleia.eth

• Attestation must submit by user's wallet address on EAS
• Transaction fee is sponsor by a delicate wallet or contract
• App must be able to submit load of cache data once user is online
