It open firefox in no tag

Tyrannical use weak tables to prevent this, but if the tag is not GCed in time, there will be a shadow tag being left in the usable tag cache (the "instances" table). This is what cause this will, I am not sure how to fix it.

Also happen when using the max client property. New instances will appear in the 2nd tag even if there is room in the first
