Offers may not use a blinded path even if the node doesn't announce a connectable address #7806

I dunno what CLN version it is, but the offer at https://www.roygbiv.guide/demo/ (which claims its CLN) doesn't have any blinded paths and has a receiving node that doesn't have any connectable addresses. As a result we can't direct-connect to the node to request an invoice (and can't route an onion messages through the p2p network...thanks lnd). For now, it might make sense to include a blinded path even if the receiving end is public if it doesn't announce any connectable addresses.

I'm largely responsible for roygbiv.guide. Current mainnet version is CLN v24.08.2 running LNPlay in mainnet mode. However, the offers were likely created on an earlier version of CLN... I'll work on updating those offers to have blinded paths, and look into my connectivity issue. Thanks!
