simply create account on helpdocs and move to setting and point the subdomain you wish to takeover
https://support.helpdocs.io/article/ABfqGbX2fi-setting-up-a-custom-domain

However I did not found any CNAME recrord but the fingerprint to discover this it is helpdocs, whenever you will visit such subdomain it will auto redirect you to helpdocs.io
