Description

Implement STAC API Collection Search extension in Resource Catalogue.
https://github.com/stac-api-extensions/collection-search

Acceptance criteria

  • Resource Catalogue supports searching collections at the /collections endpoint
  • A test is available showing that a collection can be discovered in the develop-cluster

Our plan is to support STAC API Collection Search extension:

This was identified to be missing from the pycsw implementation regarding the CEOS best practice document
