[FEATURE] Applications availability validation for demo use cases

Issue: The use case might fail due to non-functional applications like Gitlab or AWX, which have not been updated on Ace-box.

Potential Solution: We can use DT Synthetics to check the application URLs of the use cases and ensure that their frontends are accessible to users. This can be part of the role in default with monaco configurations
