Short description of the feature

The old website had something called "Veckans rätt", which displayed a student right. I liked this feature and think it would be nice is we had something similar. It doesn't have to be something rotating, but rather just a list of FAQ, or just a link to LTH student rights. FAQ could be something like "how long does the teacher have to grade my exam" or something like that. The rights could either be under the SRD page, or a hotlink on the main page.
