Add a duplicate hunter

Due to the wide spread of sources for charts as well as conversions, players will inevitably encounter duplicates. It would be very useful to add a script that scans the "songs" library and either removes or ignores duplicates.It would be best if this script happened auto-magically after any additions to the library, offering the player an option dialogue to choose which version should be kept.
