WISH: vote on proposals

Feature Request

I wish that my dolibarr users (with the correct permissions) could vote on a proposal, both vendor and customer proposals. Vote up, vote down.

Use case

We use dolibarr to handle organizing dance workshops. Inside Dolibarr we use projects, thirdparties, both vendors and customers, we also use proposals, but mostly customer proposals.

I would like to use vendor proposals for stuff like teachers and bands, and then get my co-organizers to vote up or down on the different proposals and then we pick those who gotten sufficient votes.

Same with customer proposals which in our case is an application to join a dance class at a certain level. But not everyone can accurately self asses - neither could I before I got my 10.000 hours. So we do see people apply for a level they would struggle in. Also here I would like to be able to let my fellow organizers and local teachers vote on the students applications. Those with enough down votes I would offer a lower level, those with up votes I would at least accept, or perhaps offer a higher level if there are many upvotes.

In other cases I could see the value in letting others in the organisation vote on which project proposal to take on

This a custom module to be build as I don't believe this could be embedded in the core or to become a paid module reuse by others.
You need a Dolibarr partner or a Dolibarr dev to create this custom module to cover your needs.
