WISH: set a notification email address for a project, whenever a customer/vendor/expense report is changed

In dolibarr I can set an email address which will be sent a copy whenever there is a change of a customer/vendor proposal/order/... or an expense report.

I wish I could set that individually pr. project such that different projects would have different emails and they would only get their respectively emails if it is related to their project

Use case

In our non profit dance community we have different people organizing different events which is a project in our dolibarr. At the moment only I get the notifications, or the entire board. But not the volunteers that is just organizing an event. It would be useful if I could set that on a project and then emails are sent to that address only when some proposal/order / ... expense report belongs to that project
