Tab parser does not strip whitespace from points where it should

When implementing the tab parser, I didn't get around to adding functionality for stripping whitespace from individual lines. Every line in a tab should have whitespace stripped from it. The only exceptions to this rule are the title and artist lines of a tab, which should not be stripped to retain their original formatting.
