Having issues with obfuscating .net core exe file

hey there, as i went ahead and tried to obfuscate .net (core) 7 exe file it throws errors.
Exception: Format of the executable (.exe) or library (.dll) is invalid.
, all of my dlls are working just fine and but not having any relations in dll and exe im not able to check if project runs just as fine.
