What is the need for this task.
In #658 we tried to loosen the numpy requirements. As a result, we had to solve the dependencies again. Poetry resolved to version 1.7.1 for NetCDF4. However, version 1.7.0 and version 1.7.1 have been yanked and should not be used. We therefore added a constraint in that issue to exclude any version 1.7.*. After the upcoming release, we have to check if we can change/update/remove these constraints.
