Make the size of popup windows equal to the width of the text
Allow for relative spacing (i.e. button x is 20px to the right of button y)
Allow for flexible sizes (i.e. tab is 20% of the window width)
Allow for changing sizes on the go (i.e. I want my map to be a bit smaller and the tab where I select my stuff a bit bigger)
