Getting stuck inbetween rifts while flying

I'm using a custom modpack with multiverse, and whenever I fly into a rift there's a chance I'll get stuck between dimensions. Any way to fix it?

(By the way by "Stuck" I mean stuck in the "Loading" screen)

I'll look into it. I'm assuming it's a chunk loading issue, maybe from flying too fast.

That would probably not be it, as it happened when flying slowly. About chunk loading, it may be possible
