The two K8s ctrl virtual servers are currently named docker-ucsb-4 and docker-dev-ucsb-1. We should rename these, or delete and recreate them, as k8s-ctrl-1 and k8s-dev-ctrl-1. This will probably be easiest after converting to high availability in #1.

Note, this is a continuation of the ticket https://github.nceas.ucsb.edu/NCEAS/Computing/issues/99
