Character Cards

Medieval Roleplay Engine allow you to create an identity for roleplaying reasons. The character card feature is used to do this. You can type /card help to see a list of useful commands. Available in the cards are the following fields:

  • name
  • race
  • subculture
  • age
  • gender
  • religion

Birds

You can send a bird to a player by typing /bird (playerName) (message). Birds fly 20 blocks a second, and will arrive at their destination after a duration calculated by the distance between the sender and the receiver.

Dice Rolls

You can roll a dice by typing /roll (number) or /dice (number). The result will be displayed to nearby players.

Chat Features

Medieval Roleplay Engine has several chat features. You're able to disable these by setting the "chatFeaturesEnabled" config option to false.

Local Chat

You can enter local chat by typing /local or /rp.

Global Chat

You can enter global chat by typing /global or /ooc.

Emotes

You can emote by typing /me (emote) or /emote (emote).

Yelling

You can yell by typing /yell (message).

Whispering

You can whisper by typing /whisper (message).

Local OOC Chat

In order to send a local OOC message, you can type /lo (message).
