pythonmods intervaltree and sortedcontainers should install to site-packages, not bindir #34

src/Makefile installs those two python directories to $(DESTDIR)$(bindir). It should install pythonmods to either $(DESTDIR)$(pyexecdir) or more likely $(DESTDIR)$(pkgpyexecdir).
