Reproduction:

When you attempt to inspect a player with a valid 'look closer' examine text as a ghost, it sometimes stutters the client and doesn't load the new examine text with the rest of the details. Could be a left over or unintended. Found during the 1/14/24 sunday test.

The examine panel was removed. This doesn't work for anyone. Kapu plans to deal with it eventually.
