Steps to reproduce:

  • Add a list
  • Add a list item where the where the text ends with an inline link
  • Hit enter to add a new item
  • View Editor.js raw value and observe that the new item is an empty link.

I added a "custom" plugin that extends the NestedList class to utilize a fix that is currently in a PR that has been open for over a year.
