Add Managers Page

On the main “Managers” page, the tool will need to find all available Manager resources under /redfish/v1/Managers to populate the list. It will also show some basic info, such as the manager type and health. It will also give an easy location to invoke the Reset action without having to step into the instance.

Stepping into a manager instance will show basic info about the manager, a table showing network protocol information found in the NetworkProtocol resource, and a table containing network settings from its EthernetInterfaces collection. It will also give buttons to reset the manager and reset the manager to default settings.
