We've translated to Spanish using nbTranslate. Evaluating cell-by-cell is a pain, while translating the latest committed changes to the English notebooks efficiently hasn't been figured out. To do: determine how best to do this.

Also, tidy up the folder, perhaps have a new folder src and then each language is in its own folder. Currently, English is in the top-level folder, while the other languages are in their own folder sitting in the top-level.
