Transcription factor scatter plot

Hi,

I want to generate a transcription factor scatter plot. I noticed that in the tutorial, the TFs are labeled with their "short" name.

However, in the scatter plot that I obtained, the TF names are longer, which makes it difficult to read the names (for instance, MA0744.2.SCRT2 instead of SCRT2). Is there a way to show only the last part of the TF name?

Hi,
I am using HINT ATAC for my bulk atac seq .In rgt hint differential ,I have given 6 conditions as input it generated the lineplots but it doesn't provided the scatter plot.shall i know why it happens and also in the statistics files it shows only the motif,num,protection score and TC. Is this is the actual output and also i want to know what exactly TC is and how it is calculated.
