Port functionality of ComPWA HelicityKinematics for an is_within_phase_space() function. It is already possible to do symbolically for three-body decays with the Kibble function (ComPWA/ampform#285). The question is whether it is possible to implement a 'symbolic' (SymPy-as-template) procedure for arbitrary multibody decays, as was possible with pycompwa.
