Need to clean up a number of road segments, deleting unnecessary ones, and fixing some that are incorrect and out-of-date

Probably out of scope for the 1.0 milestone, but I'm thinking we should look to migrate our data source to Open Street Map (OSM). See #5 for discussion

Done the best that I could for the moment, but definitely needs to get a big update at some point, whether that's from OSM or somewhere else.
