Initial Deployment Options

The upstream Code For America repository has an even easier option for deployment now, but it only works with PetHarbor, and there are limited shelters in the NRV using it. Our current fork includes instructions on getting it to work with PetFinder, which I think has more.

An initial deployment could be done with one of the ones on PetHarbor as an easy deployment, though we might want to talk to the shelter we are setting it up for to get their OK and maybe tie into an existing Twitter account if they have one.
