Make Placeholder = 1 meetings a different color #2

This spreadsheet feeds data to the Public Meetings Map.

The map should show the regular yellow markers for Placeholder = 0.

Please revise the code so that the map shows a different color marker (such as gray or white) for meetings where Placeholder = 1.

The purpose of this change is so that people can see that some meetings don't literally take place at those physical locations, such as meetings that rotate or are only held online.

After this change is made, Jennifer will adjust the website text, data dictionary, and documentation to reflect this process.
