Today given gender is compared to computed gender inside MIP. This functionality can optionally be ported to nf-core/raredisease or moved to cg. We can also try to make MuiltQC able to present this data. Perhaps it already can?

  • Check that the gender check from ngsbits is compatible with chanjo.
