[Pipeline integration] Communication of requirements [DRAFT]

Description

The implementation of a new pipeline, per definition requires the collaboration between system developers and bioinformaticians. Currently the responsibilities of the two groups are unclear. These should be concretised and for information that will always need to be communicated (ie, what metadata does the pipeline need etc), a standardised form should be created.

Acceptance criteria

• A form is created where the bioinformatician can, in detail, fill out which fields need to be provided by the customer in the ordering process
