[Feature]: Rename Custom Categories

Maybe this is already a feature, but I've been unsuccessful in figuring it out.

If we create a category and need to update its name, the only option I have found is to delete the category, create a new one, and reassign all items to that new category.

Describe the implementation

If there was an easy way to simply rename the existing category, that would be a pretty decent QoL improvement.
