Describe your issue

I switched my internet provider to Starlink a couple months ago and ever since then custom emotes (7TV,BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ) will not load. sometimes if i use the "reload channel emotes" option a couple emotes from 7TV will work but BetterTTV, and FrankerFaceZ will never load at load and instead just give me the message: (Error: TimeoutError)

Since you are aware that you changed your internet provider, I think you already know this isn't a Chatterino issue.

It's slightly a Chatterino issue in a way that our timeouts are quite strict iirc.

I wouldn't hate if we had some way to bump timeout's for emote loading, I do think what we have is fine but since it happens with less than stellar internet, it feels better from the user-experience to offer.
