[Feature Request] Environment variable for Realtime Chat

🥰 Feature Description

Hey team, thank you so much for adding real-time chat support. I tried the new feature and it is freaking amazing, good job!

Here I have a request to add env variables for this feature, so I can configure it for all users of the instance. Is there anything on the to-do list? If not I could take a stab at adding it.

🧐 Proposed Solution

Add enw env variable to enable Realtime chat by default and fill in API keys.
